got to admit that today's lecture was pretty emotional.
Many a time, we hardly stop to think, "what exactly are we doing?" Yes, the fear of being unable to get from one box to another is within me. I fear for that. In this society, all we think of it is survival. I think its a pity that we get disconnected from our emotions deep within, and our passions. Then I thought of what I wanted to do. Although all these years of studying have not stopped me from learning what I actually want and love, it has definitely hindered in some way or another. Yes, this is the price that we are paying.
Its comforting to hear that Singapore is trying to move away from this culture. Slowly, but hopefully we will.
After hearing all this, I seem to feel a new surge of determination to do well. But then again, I think to myself. How many times have I told myself this and end up in the same square? Will this surge actually help me boost my motivation? The fact that I'm here using the computer, editing photos and blogging doesn't seem that way.
I feel weird when a friend seems to move away slowly, especially when there is simply no reason behind it. You want to help, but you don't know how to help. Frankly speaking, it hurts too.

Whoa. It has been such a long long time since I've blogged that my internet browser doesnt even have the blogger website in my list of frequently visited websites. Well, as usual, I have been bombarded with lots of revision and homework. Lets just say that its a cycle. Sometimes my motivation and enthuisiam level is high, sometimes low. Sighs. This is not helping my situation at all but I'll try. My tutor's back too.
