THIS IS SO SAD. Although I know the photos are real, I still feel quite shocked to hear it coming from his mouth. He said hes going to step away from the entertainment industry! If you look back at what he has achieved before this whole scandal, his career is actually soaring. He managed to act in a Hollywood film (although its a horror flick), and he guest starred in the new movie sequel for Batman. All will be gone now. At least for the moment. I mean no one knows. Maybe after this whole thing, everything might just become normal again.

Oh and Lydia Sum passed away! Was shocked too. I thought she was going strong. But then, seeing how she looked like in the past and recently, I really think time waits for no one. I can still vaguely remembered, just a few years back she was here in Singapore filming the fishball sitcom. Billy BONG. But now.. Sighs.

I know this will feel weird but I still feel like blogging this too.

SINGAPORE WINS BID FOR THE 1ST YOUTH OLYMPICS 2010!

My mother, sister and I were in front of the television while watching this. Call me patriotic, but I was cheering when I know the results! (: COOL!

Hello! The start of this week wasnt very good for me. OT-ed consecutively for two days. One word: UGH. I have been doing the same thing for the past two days. Calling and calling and more CALLING! "Hello is this Mr/Miss....? Ya I'm calling from SPH...." You have no idea how many times I said this and even more for the past two days. Though it kept me busy at least, its quite torturing when people dont pick up your call, or show you attitude, or etc etc. I'll never be a telemarketer. So sorry to my friends who are doing this! But I understand your pain now!

Alright and so, things to ponder about. Lets see.

Number One:

I was watching this television show, where people asked these celebrities to check on their friends/partners etc because they thought something was fishy. Well most of the time they are spying on their clients' girlfriends/boyfriends, including this time. I only watched the later part, so all I got to know is that the client is a guy serving army at that time.

The hosts aka celebrities found out that his girlfriend was a mamasan, a very young mamasan. And worse, not only does she help her girls to find clients, sometimes she does it herself too. I guess it was because of money. I can just imagine the shock from her boyfriend.

But when the hosts told the guy about it, he was calm and asked the hosts to wait for him while he went back to his room. One of them was even afraid he might commit suicide lah! Haha. But in the end, an hour later, he came out with a letter that he wanted them to pass to his girlfriend.
The letter reads (rough sketch) "In life, there are some people who enter and leave. ..... (and then he wrote something that I can't remember suddenly)" but he ended with this "But I am very clear that I decided to love you..for ten thousand years." Okay actually its better to quote this in Chinese. So think in CHINESE. Haha. I'm lazy. Its a song title by the way.

What I want to say is, how many people are able to take this in such a calm way? Are you able to? I'm not sure myself. Sometimes we are angry with our friends/family/partners in this case, or even fed up, frustrated etc. But do we try to see things in a different way?

Different people, different ways of thinking, different reactions, different solutions.

Number Two:

I need to do something about my life. Nowadays, its just work and go out, work and go out, WORK AND GO OUT. I need to do something so that my brain wont degenerate. I was telling Yulin about what I want to do. I almost forgot. Seems that I have not taken my next step to fulfilling them.

I want to learn to play so many instruments. Piano, Guitar (fingers and hands are too short), drums, erhu, clarinet..

Been so long since I played my erhu. Better bring it out next time. As for clarinet, learnt halfway then my sister also stopped teaching and i stopped asking her to teach me. Bwa. Piano, I always wanted yimin to teach me how to play those scores! Drums, no one to teach me. Guitar, I learnt before! But then I think my daddy's guitar is gone, or out of tune. Haha. I dont know where the guitar is now.

I want to learn Japanese, Cantonese and perhaps, Korean.

Learning to dance is on the way, singing is not. Hahaha!

See! There are simply too many things I want to do, but I myself have never really done much to do that. I must reorganise my life.

Then recently I came to realise this group where you can volunteer to do many things through Shujia. I think some of their activities are not bad. Might consider doing it as a regular basis (:

Yup and so I guess thats about it. But if I remembered clearly, there are more things I want to say. Haha. But I cant remember for now. So thats alright! Meanwhile, take care everyone! (:

Work was boring today. Because there was practically almost nothing much to do. I was almost dozing off after my lunch break. Oops. Anyway, its NEW YEAR'S EVE TOMORROW! (:
